ROLE MANDATE
Build quality into the operating system.
This role is responsible for establishing and leading the North American quality strategy as the company moves from factory construction and launch preparation into stable delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Lead North American quality strategy and operating priorities.
- Establish supplier quality and product quality systems.
- Build launch-quality and production ramp-up discipline.
- Develop customer quality management and response mechanisms.
- Support automotive quality-system implementation and certification readiness.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and leadership.
What this stage requires
The role is best suited to a leader who has built or transformed quality systems in complex automotive or advanced-manufacturing environments, and who is comfortable creating standards while the organization is still scaling.
